Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (b) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of August 2006, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that Roidon Buildings Limited by liquidated and that Craig Richard Yarndley, accountant of Te Awamutu, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of August 2006.
