Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 17th day of August 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders that the company be liquidated and that Michael W. J. Coyle be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of August 2006 at 4.30 p.m.
