Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of the above-named companies (all in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that, by duly signed entries in the minute books of the companies on the date and times below:
4 September 2006
CBD Car Park Company Limited (in liquidation) at 4.00 p.m.
Auckland Car Park Rental Limited (in liquidation) at 4.02 p.m.
Middleton Developments Limited (in liquidation) at 4.04 p.m.
Norfolk Construction Limited (in liquidation) at 4.06 p.m.
Napoleon Shelf Company Limited (in liquidation) at 4.08 p.m.
Tulagi Holdings Limited (in liquidation) at 4.10 p.m.
Cuba Developments Limited (in liquidation) at 4.12 p.m.
Kawau Holdings Limited (in liquidation) at 4.14 p.m.
the following special resolutions were passed by each of the companies, namely:
(a) That the company has ceased trading and it is reasonable to wind up, and that the company be wound up forthwith.
(b) That Michael William Hartley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator of the company.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given by the liquidator of the above-named companies, that have been placed in voluntary liquidation, that he does hereby fix the 31st day of October 2006 at 4.00 p.m., as the date by which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any
title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.
