Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, William Caleb Amner and Gordon Ronald Lash, chartered accountants of Coffey Davidson, were appointed joint liquidators of the above-named companies.
The liquidations commenced on the 1st day of September 2006 at 3.30 p.m.
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims/Establish Priority
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix Friday, the 29th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
