Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Saba Persian Cafe Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 18th day of August 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 18th day of August 2006 at 4.30 p.m.
