Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Marphil Electrical Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 31st day of August 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 31st day of August 2006 at 9.38 a.m.
