Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Kevin Neil Wilson and Christine Joy Henderson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of Sykes Residential Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 29th day of August 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 22nd day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
