Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of August 2006 at 4.00 p.m., John Robert Buchanan and Callum James Macdonald, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of The Mandarin Restaurant Limited.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that the liquidators fix the 6th day of October 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
