Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
David Stuart Vance, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of Vance Howard Limited (in liquidation) on the 31st day of August 2006 at 3.00 p.m., following a special resolution entered into the company’s minute book.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The directors have signed a certificate, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, certifying as to the company’s solvency and, accordingly, no creditors’ meeting is required to be held.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed the 28th day of September 2006, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
