Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that on the 4th day of August 2006
at 10.00 a.m., a special resolution, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, was passed by the shareholders stating that the company be placed
into liquidation and Atul Mehta, chartered accountant, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of The Pharmacy Warehouse Limited does hereby fix the 30th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
