Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the above?named companies commenced on the 23rd day of August 2006 at 9.30 a.m., when the shareholders appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator of the companies pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
