Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 24th day of August 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a)
of the Companies Act 1993, that Southern Tractors Limited be liquidated and that Richard George Hughes, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of August 2006 at 3.00 p.m.
