Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Aaron Armstrong, of Armstrong Henderson Limited, Chartered Accountants, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders dated the 24th day of August 2006.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 12th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
