Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Richard Brian Burge and Edward Christian Jansen were appointed liquidators of Bedrock Bar and Casino Limited (in liquidation).
The liquidation commenced on the 28th day of August 2006
at 9.00 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the 14th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
