Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 16th day of August 2006 at 3.00 p.m., it was resolved by shareholders’ special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the following companies be voluntarily liquidated and that Jeremy Connell and Jeremy Nicoll, both of ING (NZ) Limited, be appointed as liquidators.

The liquidators hereby fix the 1st day of October 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under sections 312 and 313 of the Companies Act 1993.
