Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Sportingpulse New Zealand Pty Limited (in liquidation) on the 21st day of August 2006, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 18th day of September 2006, as
the day on or before which the creditors of Sportingpulse New Zealand Pty Limited (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
