Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Scott Alexander Kennedy, chartered accountant of Whangarei, was appointed liquidator of A J Da Silva Limited on the 18th day of August 2006 at 10.30 a.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator of A J Da Silva Limited (in liquidation) fixes the 20th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
