Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 26th day of January 2006 at 10.07 a.m., the shareholders of Whallknuts Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by the 6th day of March 2006.
