Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 9th day of August 2006, it was resolved by
special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that B G Bulk Haulage Limited be liquidated and that Warwyck James Dewe, of Markhams MRI Wanganui Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 11th day of August 2006 at 8.52 a.m.
