Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Papanui Developments Limited (in liquidation) commenced on the 17th day of August 2006 at 9.05 a.m., when the members appointed Murray George Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of
a resolution by entry in the company minute book.
The directors previously passed a resolution, pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the company would be able to pay its debts.
Any inquiries by creditors or shareholders may be directed to the liquidator.
