I, Terence Charles Webb Bastion, chartered accountant of Wellington, was appointed liquidator of Terawhiti Licensing Trust by the High Court on the 14th day of August 2006 at 10.18 a.m.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that I hereby fix the 8th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the trust are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
