Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Bernard Spencer Montgomerie, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed liquidator of One Hobson Street Limited on the 10th day of August 2006 at 4.00 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the undersigned fixes the 15th day of September 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors
of the above-named company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from the objecting to the distribution.
