Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 30th day of May 2006 at 11.30 a.m., the shareholders of United Tooling Solutions Limited passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing as liquidator of the company.
Creditors should file claims by the 30th day of September 2006.
