Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, of the following shareholder resolution dated the 14th day of August 2006:
“That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved that
the company is placed into liquidation from 17 August 2006 and that Kenneth William Whaley is appointed liquidator.”
