Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 14th day of August 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a), that MCP Holdings Limited be liquidated and that Colin Gordon Powell, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of August 2006
at 9.00 a.m.
