Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 4th day of August 2006, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tuanui Bros Limited be liquidated and that Geoffrey Anthony Bolderston and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Dunedin, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 4th day of August 2006 at 10.25 a.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245 (1) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix the
14th day of September 2006, as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
