Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of Soiuz Pacific Limited (in liquidation) on the 31st day
of July 2006 at 6.05 p.m., pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes the 28th day of August 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of Soiuz Pacific Limited
(in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
