Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Make Claims
Stuart D. Robertson was appointed liquidator of Ranfurly Sixty Limited (in liquidation) by special resolution of its shareholders, under section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“the Act”), on the 20th day of December 2005 at 9.00 a.m.
The directors have resolved that the company will be able to pay its debts.
Notice of that resolution has been filed with the Registrar of Companies in accordance with section 243 (8) of the Act.
The liquidator fixes the 31st day of January 2006, as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution or, as the case may be, from objecting to
any distribution.
