Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 3rd day of July 2006, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that W. & R. Skios Limited be liquidated and
that Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 3rd day of July 2006.
