Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 283 (1) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 283 (1) of the Companies Act 1993, that on the 26th day of July 2006 at 5.00 p.m., Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed as replacement liquidator of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of July 2006.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 26th day of August 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
