Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 23rd day of January 2006 at 9.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that due to the completion of the purpose for which it was incorporated, Vantage Realty Limited be liquidated and that Peter John Kendall, chartered accountant of Takapuna, be appointed as liquidator.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidator of Vantage Realty Limited fixes the 17th day of February 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
