Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 15th day of June 2006, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Tatlers Limited be liquidated and that Alan Raymond Macdonald, of Macdonald Pearce Perniskie Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of June 2006 at 1.00 p.m.
