Pursuant to Section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993
In the matter of section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, and in the matter of The Little House Company Limited:
Notice is hereby given that the company was placed into liquidation on the 20th day of July 2006 at 10.45 a.m., with the appointment of Grant Bruce Reynolds as liquidator.
The liquidator fixes the 30th day of August 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
