Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 24 (1) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
Iain Bruce Shephard and Christine Margaret Dunphy were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the
above-named charitable trust pursuant to a resolution passed by members at a meeting held on the 3rd day of June 2006 and subsequently ratified by the members at a meeting held on the 8th day of July 2006.
The liquidation of the charitable trust is dated and timed as follows:
8 July 2006
Ngati Mutunga o Wharekauri Trust (in liquidation) at 7.20 p.m.
