Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 23rd day of December 2005 at 9.58 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Southwind Fishing Limited be liquidated and that Daryl Peter Bonney, chartered accountant of Tauranga, be appointed as liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 23rd day of December 2005 at 9.59 a.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidator does not consider that a creditors’ meeting should be held having regard to the assets and liabilities of the company and the likely result of the liquidation.
No meeting will be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after publication of the notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned liquidator of
the above-named company which is being liquidated, hereby fixes the 24th day of February 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims (unless already done so) and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or excluded from objecting to any distribution made before the priority of their claim is established.
