Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that on the 10th day of July 2006, Depot Investments Limited was ordered by the High Court
at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, to be put into liquidation and that Aaron Moody, of Moody & Moody Limited, Chartered Accountants, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of July 2006
at 2.45 p.m.
