Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Graham Leonard Hawkes, chartered accountant of Kaiwaka, was appointed by the shareholders as liquidator of Clean as Can Be Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 24th day of January 2006 at 9.00 a.m.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 23rd day of February 2006, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
