Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts

I, John Francis Managh, insolvency specialist of Napier, hereby give notice that by order of the High Court, Palmerston North, on the 10th day of July 2006, pursuant
to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, I was appointed liquidator of The Republic Limited.
Pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, creditors are invited to file proofs of debt in the liquidation.
Proofs are to be received by the liquidator no later than
the 13th day of August 2006, as failure to prove by that
date may lead to late claims being excluded from any distribution.
