Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the
above-named companies on the 20th day of January 2006 at 1.35 p.m. and 1.45 p.m. respectively, appointed Robert Laurie Merlo, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named companies.
The liquidations commenced on the 20th day of January 2006.
The liquidator hereby fixes the 20th day of February 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies
are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
