Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, of the following shareholder resolution dated the 7th day of July 2006:
“That the directors of the company having recommended that the company be placed in liquidation and that
the company is able to pay its debts, it is resolved
that the company is placed into liquidation from 11 July 2006 and that Kenneth William Whaley is appointed liquidator.”
