Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 10th day of July 2006, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Mission Bay Pharmacy Limited be liquidated and that Geoffrey Stewart Hatten, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 10th day of July 2006.
