Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section
241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the above named company on the 22nd day of June 2006, was wound up by a special resolution as provided by section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Peri Micaela Finnigan and John Trevor Whittfield, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the company.
In accordance with section 243 (3) of the Companies Act 1993, a meeting of creditors of the above named company will accordingly be held at the offices of McDonald Vague, Level Five, DDB Building, 80 Greys Avenue, Auckland, on Monday, the 24th day of July 2006 at 11.00 a.m.

1. Discussion of the financial position of the company.
2. Whether to appoint another liquidator in place of the liquidator appointed.
3. Appointment of a liquidators’ committee, if thought fit.
4. To receive the views of creditors.
