The above-named solvent company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders dated the 29th day of June 2006 at 5.00 p.m., on the basis that the reasons for which the company was incorporated have now passed.
Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Kevin David Pitfield and Gareth Russel Hoole were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241 (2) (a).
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243 (8) of the Companies Act, the liquidators do not intend calling a meeting of creditors on the basis that the company is solvent, the directors having passed resolutions to that effect.
However, should any creditors require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidators of that request, in writing, by the 26th day of July 2006.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators fix the 9th day of August 2006, as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
