Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Dysons’ Pork and Bacon Company Limited (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 15th day of June 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 15th day of June 2006 at 9.05 a.m.
