Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that Knock on Wood Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 19th day of June 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Paul William Gerrard Jenkins were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of June 2006 at 10.13 a.m.
