Take notice that Alarmlink Monitoring New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Timaru, pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the 14th day of June 2006 to be put into liquidation.
Iain Andrew Nellies and Wayne John Deuchrass were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on the 14th day of June 2006 at 11.12 a.m.
