Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the undersigned was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by a special resolution of the shareholders.
A certificate of solvency, pursuant to section 248 (8) of the Companies Act 1993, has been completed by the directors.
The liquidation commenced on the 27th day of June 2006.
The undersigned does hereby fix the 27th day of July 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
