Notice is given that on the 23rd day of June 2006 at 9.00 a.m., special resolutions were passed by the shareholders stating that the companies be wound up voluntarily and Karen Betty Mason and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer be appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of Allan Clarke Transportation New Zealand Limited (in liquidation) and Puriri Park Orewa Limited (in liquidation) fix the 25th day of July 2006, as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish
any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
