Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of Therapeutic Arts Trust (in liquidation) commenced on the 23rd day of June 2006 at 9.30 a.m., when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 24 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, by the passing of a resolution at a meeting called for that purpose.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes the 21st day of July 2006, as the day on or before which
the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from any benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any inquiries by creditors or members may be directed to the liquidator.
