Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
The Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of June 2006 at 10.00 a.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Waituna Dairy Limited be liquidated and that Grant Mackintosh, chartered accountant of Hamilton, be appointed liquidator.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of June 2006 at 10.00 a.m.
